It’s easy for us to boast appreciation for our customers, we are forever grateful for the business we have and those we meet and serve along the way. But we absolutely couldn’t run our business without our dedicated employees. The work we do is specialized and takes a lot of skill, especially when making products that are specific to the certifications we hold—our industry’s standards have zero room for error. The expectation to always produce work at the highest standard is no walk in the park, and it takes many to keep it all running smoothly. We recognize the physical labor it takes to complete a single project—sometimes over many days, weeks or even months. Days of incremental progress so we can move on to the next one and do it all over again. It can be exhausting, and most of the time the workers who helped build something much bigger than them rarely get to see it in its completed form. To our employees: we see you. We know you take pride in your work, and we thank you for showing up every day. We could not do any of this without you!

We make a LOT of steel products for a lot of industrial applications. Many are complex, big, and pretty neat. But here's one that gets skipped over often: stairs. They are not glamorous, they are not usually even shiny or pretty, and you rarely hear anyone talk about how great the stairs look when a structure is completed! But they are necessary for many mining, industrial, and building operations. Add challenging or regulated access points and it turns into a specialized product that we have a lot of experience welding and building. All of our products are custom-fabricated for each and every customer. We take a lot of pride in every step we weld. But it’s anything but “dead”—these extra-heavy steel structures also resist unbalanced forces and limit conductor failures.
