Blue Water is continuing its quarterly review of our Marlin(s) of the Month. For this quarter, we want to focus on our core values: Innovation, Quality, Passion, and Happy. Today’s value is Quality, meaning that we believe every detail matters. Our winners for our General Manager and Corporate Office are as follows: Robin Helfant, our General Manager Winner from Cape Charles / Chesapeake Bay KOA. Robin has built a team that is dedicated to quality and customer service. She has built up a capable, reliable team that works well together. Because of that, she was able to provide support to a separate property in need. Robin spent her time off and additional days helping a neighboring property general manager when they were in need and again when the property had no general manager. Kristen Gerhart, our Corporate Office Winner. Kristen went above and beyond by thinking outside of the box. Most recently, she contacted our finance department for assistance in building an export to automate our inter-company billing issues. As a result, we have a "Quality" balance sheet monthly for the intercompany accounts. In doing so, Kristen has saved our team at least 12 hours of manual work per week (at a minimum). Congratulations to our winners; we thank you for the quality service you bring to the team and your continued loyalty to the Blue Water team.

Blue Water is proud to announce its quarterly review of our Marlin(s) of the Month. For this quarter, we want to focus on our core values: Innovation, Quality, Passion, and Happy. Today’s value is Innovation, meaning we invite creative thinking and encourage vigorous implementation. Our winners for our General Manager and Corporate Office are as follows: Steven Grant, our General Manager Winner from Lebanon KOA on Salmon Falls River. Steve has gone above and beyond to create a team atmosphere with assurance and gratitude. During opening weekend, Steve spent the entire day outside grilling breakfast and providing lunch for his team and our incoming seasonals. Things like this make a General Manager stand out, and we couldn't be more thankful to have him on our team. Tracie Conklin, our Corporate Office Winner. Every day, Tracie goes above and beyond. She continuously innovates on improving a process, strengthening her relationships with vendors and partners, or contributing more sustainably. She jumps right in and is the first to ask 'How can I help?' or 'What can I do?'. She is the epitome of a true Blue Water team member and exemplifies the meaning of this award. Congratulations to our winners; we thank you for your innovative thinking and continued loyalty to the Blue Water team.
