October is #NationalDisabilityEmploymentAwarenessMonth, and we were fortunate to have Andy Traub from Center for Disability Inclusion at Blue KC headquarters to share some valuable information about making the workplace more accessible for everyone. We topped the afternoon off with scoops from The Golden Scoop, a local ice cream shop that employs people with disabilities. Check them out at their Overland Park locations!
