Job summary / objective: To provide support in building a pipeline of candidates and contacts to meet company objectives. Responsible for following up on leads through phone calls, social media and emails. Responsibilities & duties: · Track, maintain and update candidate and contact profile information in Applicant Tracking System · Set meetings for clients via follow up phone calls, emails, and social media · Correspond directly with candidates and contacts · Maintain accurate records in ATS database · Provide accurate and timely information to management and clients · Develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s services to provide a great engagement experience Skills / attributes required: · Excellent English communication (verbal and written) · Ability to engage people and overcome objections · Proficient in MS Office tools · Experience using ATS or CRM databases · Strong time management skills · Detail oriented Qualifications / experience required: · 2 years’ experience in Recruiting, Lead Generation, Sales Support or similar role · Experience exceeding high-volume call and email requirements · Experience working with US based companies and citizens
