Announcing the results of our 2024 Voice of Community Banks Survey, which features key insights such as: ✏️ More than 90% of community banks surveyed said they are looking to initiate digital transformations, but less than 20% see themselves as experts in data analytics ✏️ Nearly 30% of those surveyed indicated that launching new technology services focused on efficiency and security, such as instant payments, are critical to maintaining a competitive edge ✏️ Among the community banks surveyed that are looking to expand their capabilities, 100% expressed a desire to provide wealth management services, and over 95% are interested in providing treasury services The above highlights just some of the solutions that can further enable community banks in the critical support that they provide to millions of customers across the United States.
