A recent ruling from Judge Ada E. Brown of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas has blocked the FTC’s Final Rule banning most non-compete agreements. The Final Rule, which was initially set to take effect on September 4, has now been postponed indefinitely. In a recent Workplace Law Update, Bodman’s John T.
