Had a fantastic time yesterday at the BOMA OEB and Stakeholders Workgroup event! I had the opportunity to represent Ideal Restoration while touring three iconic buildings in Oakland and connecting with some incredible professionals. The day kicked off with a tour of the Breuner Building hosted by Allison and Savannah, showcasing the unique history and modern renovations. Next, we headed over to The Rotunda for a fascinating walkthrough led by Myles, diving into the architecture and design. Finally, we wrapped up the afternoon with a tour of the Historic Central Building, where Nancy’s team gave us insights into its preservation and continued significance. It was a great afternoon of learning, networking, and appreciating the rich history of Oakland's architecture.
