BCHC's nursing and surgery teams, along with UNMC medical students Jessie and Taylor Sullivan, showcased opportunities in essential healthcare fields through engaging hands-on activities and insightful conversations. B&I Day is designed to pave the way for students’ futures, offering potential pathways to summer jobs or permanent positions after graduation. By connecting students directly with healthcare professionals, BCHC aims to inspire the next generation to consider the rewarding field of healthcare and envision a meaningful career right here in rural Nebraska.
