[BUILDING A MORE INCLUSIVE CORPORATE CITIZENSHIP PROGRAM] Your company may be doing a lot in the name of corporate citizenship? But how well do those efforts represent ALL of your employees? Join us online, later this month, as we hear from BCCCC members (including Elizabeth Black and Taylor Amerman) who are working to make #CSR more #inclusive and more attuned to the #diversity among team members and communities. Hear how others are effectively collaborating with #employee resource groups (#ERGs), identifying external partners, and more. We’ll discuss how the responsibility for #DEI does not live within #HR alone. And we strongly encourage you to bring a colleague from #humanresources to inform this discussion on bridging these (sometimes) separate efforts. This online discussion is open to to BCCCC members only. But if your company is not yet a member, we'd love to chat with you about joining. Monthly learning and networking opportunities like this event are just one key benefit of membership... A running list of #NPOs to which many are donating is also included at the end of the post, followed by several #disasterrelief resources we have temporarily ungated (typically members-only content) for any professionals working in this space.
