As we embark on an already eventful 2025, we’re reflecting on a remarkable year filled with resilience, reflection, and transformative growth. Amid many global challenges and economic uncertainty, we’ve had the privilege of continuing to support our client partners to create the most impact possible—advancing education, workforce development, and economic mobility for communities near and far. In 2024, we: 🧑💻 Launched the Fundraising Growth Sprint, a virtual masterclass equipping nonprofit leaders with coaching, community and tools to grow their fundraising, further their missions, and maximize their impact. 🎉 Celebrated 10 years of impact with Pledge 1% by ringing the Nasdaq closing bell and bringing together over 100 movement leaders for an unforgettable milestone anniversary event. 🤝 Launched a $1M collective fund with Pinterest, lululemon, Showtime/MTVE Studios and Paramount Media Networks Connect at Clinton Global Initiative to provide catalytic grants to community organizations employing culturally-rooted healing practices to support young people's mental health. 💪 Partnered with funders Kataly Foundation, lululemon Centre for Social Impact, Okta for Good, Pinterest, and The Asian American Foundation (TAAF) to deliver customized capacity-strengthening programs to 156 leaders across 97 grantee organizations to fuel growth and power nonprofit sustainability. 📈 Supported our partners with strategies that boosted fundraising and proved out new revenue streams, activating tens of millions in new philanthropy.
