We’re both sad and excited to announce an end of an era—after an incredible 19+ years with Boulder Creek Neighborhoods, Sergio Paez Garcia is moving on to pursue his own business ventures. It’s Stephanie Spetter’s 7th workiversary with Boulder Creek! Please join us in celebrating this incredible milestone. As our Administration Manager, Stephanie wears many, many hats! She serves as the executive assistant to the owners, manages both our admin and IT teams, and keeps everything in the office running smoothly. She wasn’t looking for a new role when she joined Boulder Creek, but this opportunity found her and she took on the challenge! Since then, she’s built the admin department from a one-person-show to a strong, centralized admin team that’s always ready to rock! Outside of work, Stephanie channels her passion into fitness as a yoga and kettlebell instructor, while spending quality time with her four furry companions. With three huskies and a one german shepherd mix, she always has her hands full! Her mantra? "Teach and practice with authenticity, while holding space for others.” Stephanie’s dedication to cultivating peace definitely shines through both in her leadership and in her personal passions.
