Following Hurricane Helene's devastating reach, our team members showed up to support the western region of North Carolina—a mountainous area unaccustomed to intense flooding and winds—where the storm hit especially hard. Our Raleigh Division gathered donated supplies from the team and coordinated with volunteer vehicles to transport items up the mountain. The first delivery leaves tomorrow, with the second scheduled for next week. In Charlotte, the team is in the process of collecting supplies to support their neighbors in the west. They’re also redirecting their annual "Buy Your Way Out of Work" drive to support hurricane relief. We're proud to see our teams step up quickly in times of need. Their dedication to supporting others in the wake of disaster shows how they shape and maintain our community-oriented culture. Meet Taylor! She was rescued in one of our Jacksonville communities by Superintendent Derrick Borel. After tracking the original owner who could no longer keep her, our Construction Director, Scott Keuning, decided to give her a new home. His kids, who’d been asking to get a dog for a while, were very excited about their new family member. “I decided to name her Taylor since she was found at work. Taylor enjoys going for walks, taking naps, begging for people’s food, and snuggling on the couch,” said Scott. #ThisisTMLiving

To show appreciation for our trades, our Las Vegas Division held a special luncheon, treating 150 tradespeople to tacos and churros with all the fixings. It was a perfect day to give back to those who pour their heart and skill into building our homes. ❤️ #ThisisTMLiving

That’s a wrap on Extreme Makeover: Home Edition filming! Thank you to the thousands of volunteers and trade partners who joined us in five cities across the nation as we completed six builds for the series reboot, coming to ABC in 2025! 🏡✨ #ThisisTMLiving

Following the devastating wildfires in Hawaii, our Taylor Morrison family raised a significant amount of money for the Maui Housing Initiative Fund. The money was used to help with reconstruction, as HomeAid Hawaii has plans to develop upwards of 500 homes for the displaced residents of Lahaina and the surrounding areas. We are elated to share that a year after the unimaginable loss, Lahaina families were welcomed into the very first pod of homes called Ka La’i Ola, which means the place of peaceful recovery, and is Maui’s largest interim housing development for wildfire survivors. 🌺 #ThisisTMLiving

Congratulations to our newest Happy Homeowners—the Candianis! Our very own Digital Marketing Associate, Ana Candiani, and her husband just purchased a Taylor Morrison home in our Austin Division. We couldn’t be more excited for them as they embark on this new chapter. ❤️ #ThisTMLiving

When Austin temperatures soared over 105°F, our teams jumped into action to support our trades. It all started with Sunfield Community Sales Manager, Stephanie Flippo, suggesting water, sports drinks and popsicles. Soon after, Turner’s Crossing Community Sales Manager, Gina Garcia, followed suit by providing sports drinks and granola bars. Senior Superintendent Jason Talbot loaded his truck with ice-cold refreshments, and Superintendents Greg Wright and Thomas Corallo helped distribute them to our trades. This week, we kicked off construction for the final two episodes of ABC's Extreme Makeover: Home Edition in Phoenix, AZ. And today, alongside an incredible group of volunteers, we marched to the doorstep of a very deserving family to deliver the news: their brand new home is on the way and will be completed in just a few short days! While we can’t share the heartwarming reveal just yet, we’re counting down to the show’s launch in 2025 and can’t wait for you to experience it with us. #ThisIsTMLiving
