Planning Approved! The team are delighted to announce that our 4-acre site in Westby, Fylde has succeeded in gaining planning permission for 41 affordable housing units. Intending to deliver a combination of 2, 3, and 4-bed houses, Bowsall are eager to see this site come to fruition in the near future.

New Site Coming in Cambridgeshire! In partnership with Housing21, Bowsall Developments are happy to announce the progression of a new 4.2-acre site just outside of central Wisbech. This scheme hopes to provide the local community with 43 new retirement living bungalows, including an on-site managerial office. With the expectation of submitting a full planning application in February of 2025, Bowsall are very pleased with these recent developments and hope to be celebrating the success of this site in the coming months.
