Companies often try to find the words to describe their culture. We at BrightFields often describe ours as a team, or a family. But those words don't fully capture the wonderful hearts of our people. In the days following Hurricane Helene's devastation, our employees created a donation drive and on October 12th, we shipped 14 boxes full of much needed items to Western North Carolina to help those affected by the hurricane. THIS is BrightFields! BrightFields is people coming together to help those whom they may have never met when they need it most. We are a firm dedicated to making the community and those around us better than we found them. We truly are Team BrightFields!

We are so proud to announce that we have been recognized for the 11th year in a row as one of Delaware's Top Workplaces! This list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey, administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. Being named a Top Workplace is a big deal — only 49 companies made this year’s list. BrightFields was ranked #10 out of 29 firms in the Small Business category. We were also awarded the Social Responsibility Award based on employee feedback regarding the work we do in, and for, the community! This is an award that truly represents why we do the work we do. We are a firm dedicated to making the community and those around us better than we found them. We celebrate not just the company’s successes, but also the individual achievements and successes of those that make BrightFields the winning company it is – our employees! This award is a testament to the people of BrightFields. We are who we are because of our employees. #TopWorkPlace
