The transformation of Wynnewood Village continues with the grand opening of Burlington Stores, Inc.! The national retailer has opened its most recent location alongside grocery anchors Kroger and El Rancho Supermercado at the high-traffic Dallas center. The introduction of specialty grocer Trader Joe's has doubled the daily traffic at Middletown Plaza, significantly boosting follow-on leasing and increasing both the center’s rental rates and occupancy. Situated in a suburban New Jersey community near Manhattan, Middletown Plaza is surrounded by a dense and affluent population. The center enjoys high visibility on the main thoroughfare, Route 35, which sees 41,000 vehicles daily. In addition to Trader Joe’s, the center added Shake Shack on an outparcel and has enhanced its appearance with a façade renovation, improved landscaping, and updated signage.
