“Living United” means coming together to contribute to the overall well-being of our community. For Broadway Bank, our commitment to positive change is a blend of time and resources from our Care Corps employee volunteers and Community Reinvestment Program. If Broadway Bank’s Employee Volunteer Program, Care Corps, is the seed we plant in our community, then our Dollars for Doers program is the water that helps it grow. 🌱 Broadway Bank's Care Corps and Dollars for Doers programs form a powerful partnership in our commitment to community impact. Care Corps empowers our employees to directly serve local nonprofits, fostering a culture of giving back and creating meaningful connections within our neighborhoods. Dollars for Doers amplifies this dedication by rewarding top volunteers with the opportunity to channel Broadway's financial support to the organizations that inspire them most. Together, these programs create a big impact for giving back, enriching both our employees and the communities we serve. In 2023, Broadway Bank employees volunteered a total of 15,382 hours with 388 nonprofit organizations for a total of $11,150 in monetary value. Thank you to our Top 10 Dollars for Doers contributors for their outstanding dedication and commitment to volunteering. ♥️
