Social responsibility is part of what defines us as an organization, and it’s important to us to partner with organizations that share our core values, to positively contribute to the communities in which we work and live. Brother's partnership with SewingMachine.com and the Make-A-Wish Georgia organization allowed us to grant a wish to a child living with leukemia. His wish was to visit Disney World, and Brother got to help make that a reality. We were so privileged to host an extra experience for the recipient of the trip, to unveil his wish, and use some of the Brother crafting machines at our partner's retail site to help send him off in style with some custom Disney gear. Wishing him and his family an unforgettable trip, and thanks for allowing us to share in the magic!

Our Bartlett TN employees came together at Canale Farms in Oakland, TN for their annual company picnic. It was a fantastic day filled with fun activities and a delicious barbecue lunch. Throughout the day, the Brother team had the chance to mingle, relax in the sun, and enjoy the beautiful outdoor setting with their families. We wrapped up with a raffle that included some great prizes, and everyone left with smiles and some fun memories!

Brother is continuing to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month, with a special workshop sponsored by our Employee Resource Group LIDER (Latinx Initiatives Driving Excellence and Responsibility). This program provided employees an opportunity to learn from Carlos Coto, a Certified Mental Performance Consultant with experience supporting athletes from the MLB, NBA, and NHL. During the program, Carlos shared strategies for mental wellness and maintaining high performance, derived from the approach used by professional athletes to perform under pressure. Brother employees learned to recognize the signs of mental fatigue and left with tools to manage them effectively.
