#ProjectCloseout We're excited to announce the completion of the Durham Academy Renovation project with our partner, CT Wilson Construction Company, Inc.! The project involved demolishing the old flume, wall, footing, and 280 feet of storm pipe. We also implemented erosion control measures, including 1,300 feet of silt fence and 900 square yards of slope matting. We brought in 2,000 cubic yards of fill material and fine-graded 5,200 square yards. The storm drainage system was upgraded with new pipes and precise installations. Additionally, we laid down new water mains to ensure efficient infrastructure for Durham Academy's future. Thank you to everyone who contributed to this successful project! #SiteworkDoneRight

Despite the rain last Friday, our second annual Pig Pickin' was an incredible success! The event was filled with excitement and camaraderie, featuring a cornhole competition, a clean truck contest, and of course, a delicious smoked pig courtesy of Bruce Kohn & Bradley Kohn. The Marbles Kids Museum in downtown Raleigh is undergoing an exciting transformation! The central courtyard is being revamped into the Marbles Playway - a vibrant space featuring unique shade structures, kid-friendly climbers, playful public art, and a new greenspace. Construction began this June and is expected to continue through October 2024.
