This #TechnicianTuesday, we celebrate Aaron Bridgeman, a valued member of the Gregory Poole team for the past 5 years. Aaron excels as a Senior Shop Technician at our Washington location. Aaron began his career in the used parts department, spending 3 years as a disassembly and component rebuild tech. He then moved to the main shop as a Shop Technician and was promoted to Senior Shop Technician in September 2023. Aaron is now a vital part of the Washington team. Reflecting on his time at Gregory Poole, Aaron says, “What I enjoy most about my role is sharing what I’ve learned with new technicians. My favorite thing about working here is the family mentality. My managers and coworkers understand the importance of a family dynamic.” Aaron’s manager adds, “We can always depend on Aaron to perform tasks at a high level. Younger techs often seek his help, and he willingly shares his knowledge.” Outside of work, Aaron is dedicated to his family, spending time with his fiancé and children in his shop, working on projects like building engines and installing lift kits. Aaron says, “If it runs on gas, I want to make it louder and faster.” He also enjoys hunting and fishing.
