March is Women’s History Month! Let’s celebrate the strength, resilience and achievements of women everywhere as we empower, uplift and inspire each other. #WomensHistoryMonth

As we celebrate Black History Month, we want to share a special highlight of the amazing work of our Black Associate Resource Group (BARG). Throughout the year, team members in BARG volunteer their time and talents to enrich our community, including working at a local foodbank, spending time at a homeless shelter, organizing a holiday donation drive and collaborating with our technology team to gift laptops to students! #BlackHistoryMonth

Thanks to the Buckingham Community Partners program, 2024 is starting off strong for seven local non-profits! Through this committee, Buckingham provided grants to organizations who embody our commitment to making a positive impact in the world. This year’s recipients are characterized by a commitment to a human-focused mission supporting equity and justice and helping at-risk communities near where our associates and clients live and work.
