This week, we are shouting out our incredible New Buddy Up Fitness Coach, Coach Zack Ihnat from Columbus, Ohio! When asked how his Coach role has impacted his professional life at Kokosing, Zack shared: "As a Coach, it's always beneficial to match (and sometimes challenge) the enthusiasm and energy of the Athletes. This translates well beyond Buddy Up Fitness, in my personal life and my team members in my career." Thank you Zack for your leadership in the gym and in the construction field!

Our life skills Students in📍Columbus, Ohio are excited to "turn over a new leaf" and embrace the fall season with open arms!🍂
