Last night, we were honored to receive InfoTechWNY's Diversity in Tech Award. It's encouraging that our tech community is committed to building a more inclusive tech workforce and we're honored to be recognized for our work preparing adults in the community for careers in tech that come with economic security. But we still know there's a long way to go. In Buffalo, only 73% of tech employees identify as male and only 74% are white. BCAT's graduates are moving the needle on these statistics and we're thankful our many partners for supporting our work.
