Last week we continued our road-show at the National Association of State Workforce Agencies Veterans Conference in DC, and I left there even more fired up about what we are doing here. I had the chance to connect with DVOPs, LVERs, veterans, milspouses, employers, and fellow veteran business owners—people who are out there every day, making a difference. Sharing the story of how BufferSprings was built from sheer grit and determination was an absolute privilege. I hope it sparked something in those of you who are ready to build your own path. Big shoutout to Lori Adams, CPM from NASWA—you're one of the fiercest advocates for our community. And to Shannon Offord, ⚓️ Kim Lott ⚓️, and Michael Witt at DirectEmployers Association—thank you for being incredible partners on this mission.
