Please help us welcome OWN, Inc. Last week, we celebrated a cause near our hearts, the Be Well Bell movement. Our partner, Burrell Behavioral Health is committed to drawing attention to the struggles many of us face daily while providing accessible resources for all. Each uniquely designed bell serves as a visual reminder to help us end the stigma around mental health and as a sign of hope. Our OWNer, Bailey Rathmann, MBA, E.I., designed and painted a bell representative of all of us at OWN. It was a fabulous afternoon celebrating the completion of our custom bell and collectively supporting the important initiatives and resources Burrell offers our team. #BeWellBell #MentalHealth #PeopleAreAtTheCenterOfItAll #WorldMentalHealthDay

On Indigenous People's Day, we celebrate Indigenous communities' strength, resilience, and rich cultural heritage. It's also a moment to reflect on the mental health challenges they have faced—and continue to face—due to historical trauma and systemic injustice. Healing begins when we honor the past, acknowledge present challenges, and work toward a future where everyone can access the mental health support they deserve. As Yom Kippur begins for our Jewish community members, we invite you to reflect on the importance of compassion and forgiveness—not just toward others but toward ourselves as well. Whether you observe this day or simply consider its themes, remember that mental health is a journey, and taking time to pause, reflect, and seek support is an act of strength. May this Yom Kippur be a time of peace, healing, and renewal for all!
