At @baddiesintech's BaddieCon, they asked our CEO for one piece of advice she would give anybody in corporate America looking to protect their mental health... here is what she said.

Yesterday, our Founder and CEO celebrated her birthday. We want to take a second to talk about just how iconic she truly is. After experiencing workplace trauma, Cierra decided to do something different, disruptive, and innovative. She could have taken a while to herself and then went and got another high-paying job in HR, leaving the work for someone else to do. Instead, she refused to accept that this was the best HR could do. Believing wholeheartedly that if she could not change the system, she would give the people what they needed to navigate it with more confidence and protection. With $200, determination, and a work ethic many people cannot even conceptualize, she has turned this business into a full-fledged nationwide operation nearing one million dollars in revenue in less than two years. Along the way, she's hit many bumps and taken risks. She's made many personal and professional sacrifices to help thousands and never asked for a thank you. She's been called to do this work, and if you all knew her story, you'd be inclined to agree.   If that wasn't enough, she has developed a mobile application we cannot wait to share with you soon. It's going to change everything forever.  We are often in awe of the sheer brilliance of this woman. Most of all, we are grateful for her heart of service.
