We just had our best quarter in candidate.fyi history, growing revenues by 56% from the previous quarter. Here are the 4 biggest reasons we attribute this to: 1. Hiring picking back up - We’ve seen hiring significantly rebound compared to last year - As employers are hiring again, recruiting teams are looking for ways to do so efficiently 2. Employers are continuing to adapt to complex global scheduling - Companies are continuing to hire globally - Global hiring introduces complex scheduling needs due to factors such as time zones - Automation tools are essential to handle this complexity 3. Competitors dropping the ball with support - Some of our competitors haven’t prioritized customer support - This has sent customers looking for alternative solutions - We continue to prioritize customer support, which is something the market values 4. We’re solving multiple pain points for customers - Customers don’t want just another tool to add to their arsenal. Onboarding a niche product is too time-consuming - We’re providing a comprehensive solution that addresses multiple pain points, like scheduling automation and candidate experience What’s the takeaway?
