Melanie Schmidt was recently promoted to director of human resources at Capital Credit Union. She has also joined the credit union’s Management Team. As director of human resources, Melanie serves as a resource to credit union managers and employees on all human resource related topics. She is responsible for administering all aspects of the Human Resources Department including benefits administration, employee relations and regulatory compliance.
