At #JFFHorizons last week, the intersection of #AI with the future of work was a recurring theme, revealing that interpersonal and communication skills will be highly sought by employers for years to come. Historically untapped talent possesses these skills, and often develops them through resilience in the face of systemic barriers. We see job seekers overcoming obstacles every single day at Cara Chicago, and we know employers need their lived expertise and incomparable perseverance.
