Pivotal Construction is acting as the General Contractor for a new veterinary hospital that is being built in Gig Harbor, Washington by Whisker Wellness Center. Previously a dental office, the space will undergo a complete transformation to become a center for feline health and wellness, with a customized design developed for a cat’s comfort. Cascade Door and Hardware will serve as the provider of consulting, doors and hardware on the facility that is set for completion in 2024. Cascade’s CEO, Glenn Bayha, is serving as the Project Estimator on the work with Leonard Skinner of Cascade acting as the Project Manager.  Cascade has worked on various veterinary facilities in the Northwest. Fisher Construction has been hired by the JR Simplot Company to construct a High Bay Freezer facility in Moses Lake, Washington. This is part of the company’s plan to increase sustainability and operational efficiency. As part of a multi-building project, they are now investing in the new High Bay Freezer facility at their Moses Lake plant with the goal of improving energy efficiency. The facility is designed to minimize energy loss by using a smaller refrigeration system which maintains a set temperature. The Moses Lake facility is known for supplying frozen potato products nationwide. Cascade Door and Hardware has been selected to provide consulting, doors and hardware on the work which is set for completion by the last quarter of 2024. Sean Bayha of Cascade is serving as the Project Estimator and Project Manager on the work. Cascade has completed multiple projects for Fisher Construction and JR Simplot on food processing facilities in eastern Washington and beyond. Sierra Construction is the General Contractor on the LogistiCenter at Pacific Gateway is a 45-acre speculative industrial park located in Kent, Washington. The five buildings range from 113,979 square feet to 231,266 square feet, with clear heights ranging 30' - 36' equating to over 770,000 sq ft of space. The development also features 29,404 square feet of park-like amenity space for that will be for use by tenants. This adds to the existing Pacific Gateway project that included six buildings with over 800,000 square feet of space. Cascade Door and Hardware has been selected as the provider of doors, hardware and consulting services. Serving the communities of Everett and Edmonds, the Seaview hospital is undergoing a remodel of their existing 3,500 square foot rehabilitation facility behind its existing facility. The renovation will allow for increased capacity and services for a variety of animals. Pivotal Construction will serve as the General Contractor on the work. Colacurcio Brothers Construction has been hired for the construction of a New Headquarter Fire Station No. 87 located in Granite Falls, WA. The project includes general construction, including plumbing, mechanical, HVAC, electrical and site work for a wood-framed, two story fully sprinkled building of approximately 18,436 S.F. The new facility will house Snohomish County Fire Protection District #17 emergency responder personnel with (4) apparatus bays, crew living and sleeping areas as well as other fire service-related support spaces. The building also includes a meeting space with an associated public lobby and restrooms. Cascade Door and Hardware has been hired to provide doors, hardware, and consulting services on the project which began its planning in March. Sean Bayha of Cascade will serve as the Project Estimator on the facility. This adds to the large portfolio of county and city support facilities that Cascade has worked on. This will expand the company’s capacity to continue their specialization in glass fiber and glass materials, offering a wide range of products to various industries. Dawson Construction has been selected to serve as the General Contractor for a new financial center designed by MRV Architects. The two-story facility includes fourteen private offices, two open cubicle areas, office support space and a new credit union branch with walk-up and drive-up services. Located near the Egan Highway and Airport. The structure will be key to Juneau’s continued growth. Sierra Construction will serve as the General Contractor on the massive Bridge Point Tacoma 2MM project located on a 160-acre site at Burlington Way in Tacoma, Washington. The job encompasses over 2.5M feet of buildable space that is slated to be situated in four building on the complex. The buildings will include both office and warehouse space. Scheduled for completion in 2024 and 2025, the site will include parking for over 900 trailers and 1,300 general parking spots. Sierra Construction has been constructing the enormous Fred 310 project owned by joint venture partners Panattoni Development Co. and Crow Holdings. The entire development will bring over 3 million square feet of new industrial product to the region. Site work began on the 310-acre former Boeing-owned site in 2022. Sierra Construction is working on a tenant improvement project for Building E which is a build-to-suit for Harbor Freight, encompassing 782,773 square feet.
