No matter their role at the dealership, we find value in our employees gaining equipment experience and product knowledge. With land available to farm at our Fowler and DeMotte locations, our employees can gain hands-on experience in the field from planting to harvest. One of our fields was ready to harvest this week, so the Integrated Solutions team, our Marketing Coordinator, Sales Manager, and a Sales Consultant (on his very first day of work!) saw the view from the cab of a John Deere S780 combine.

Indiana farmers are 75 percent completed with soybean harvest and 61 percent completed with corn. You can compare that to the five-year average of 62 percent for soybeans and 45 percent for corn here in Indiana. Nationally, USDA says 81 percent of soybean harvest is complete while 65 percent of U.S. corn is harvested.
