St. Francis Hospital & Heart Center places first!🏆 Recently, hospital staff took first place in the Healthcare Challenge category of the 2024 Marcum Workplace Challenge. Additionally, the women’s team finished second place overall in the women’s category. To commemorate their victories, staff received first-place trophies for the men’s and women’s teams. This is a shared accomplishment for every member at St. Francis Hospital and could not have been achieved without each and every participant. Well done, team! 👏

Each year, an outstanding employee at St. Charles Hospital is recognized with the Sr. Martha Winum Award, which recognizes an individual who embodies the spirit and compassion that Sr. Martha demonstrated in her 72 years at St. Charles. This year, the award was given to Lisa Pollicino, a St. Charles Labor and Delivery Nurse who truly lives the Catholic Health mission every day. Lisa has worked at St. Charles since 2003 and is beloved by her patients and colleagues—an exemplary role model!
