We are pleased to welcome Brian Chick as Vice President, Facilities & Security Officer. For the past 16+ years, Brian has been the Maintenance Supervisor/Property Manager for the Muscatine Downtown Investors, LLC. In that role, he was responsible for overseeing property transformation, managing/balancing aggressive timelines and budgets, execution of codes and compliance with city officials and also managing and monitoring security for multiple properties. Prior to this, he was with GPC for 16 years. From a facilities and security standpoint, Brian’s role will be to oversee all of our 24 locations. He will manage the maintenance for all facilities; coordinate service calls as needed for grounds and building related repairs; obtain quotes for maintenance contracts including HVAC, landscaping, snow removal, pest control and cleaning services; as well as assist in activities necessary in the construction of new branches and facilities, and remodeling projects. Brian and his family reside in Muscatine.
