His talent and hard work quickly earned him promotions to Construction Reviewer and now, QA III Reviewer. In his current role, Eric plays a key part in connecting with program partners through estimate reviews and troubleshooting. Additionally, he serves as the go-to expert for ITEL issues, assisting both members and carriers with technical challenges. Outside work, Eric is a proud husband to Maggie and father to twin girls, Maisie and Teddie. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, experimenting with new hot sauce recipes, beekeeping, and attending Renaissance fairs. Her background in navigating a dynamic business environment made her an ideal fit for SPG/Lionsbridge, where adaptability to shifting needs and evolving programs is key. Over her 20 years with CCA, Denise has worn many hats, excelling in member support and training roles, commercial program management, and comprehensive data handling. Her diverse expertise has rightfully earned her the "Admin Expert" title in the commercial restoration industry. But what Denise is best known for is her wonderfully exuberant personality, genuine smiles, and love of Irish culture -- especially Notre Dame and St. Patrick's Day! Please join us in celebrating Briana Beauchesne and her incredible 15-year journey with CCA! 🎉 Briana's career with CCA began in 2010, but she found her calling as the Curator of Online Learning Content with the CCA University team in 2012. In this role, she masterfully blended her creativity and writing expertise to develop engaging and innovative educational resources for our members. Today, she oversees creating online learning content for multiple CCA divisions. In her time with CCA, she has earned a Telly Award for Online Learning and helped the CCAU achieve five consecutive Training APEX Awards, highlighting her dedication and outstanding expertise. Outside work, Briana proudly supports Ohio State University sports, is a board member for the Animal Rescue League of New Hampshire, and is a marathon-running world traveler. We are pleased to introduce Jennifer Renna, the Business Development & Operations Manager for CCA University. Jennifer is celebrating 14 years with CCA. From 2010 to 2019, Jennifer thrived as a Senior Operations Specialist within our Retail Groups before transitioning to the CCA University team. In her current role, Jennifer plays a key role as a "gateway," facilitating connections between our members and the resources and individuals that align with their business objectives. Her extensive industry expertise and outstanding communication skills make her an invaluable resource for our members.
