Shaw is proud to be a sponsor of Project Purpose! This 2-week program provides essential skills and technical training to recently graduated high school seniors to help them transition into a successful, lifelong career. Since 2022, Shaw has hired 12 associates through the program and is looking forward to future partnerships.

Shaw and its commercial brands stole the spotlight at NeoCon 2024 and brought home 15 awards. 🏆 Shaw Contract received four Gold Best of NeoCon Awards, two HiP Awards, one Sustainability Best of NeoCon award, and one Metropolis Likes award. Meanwhile, Patcraft received three Silver Best of NeoCon Awards, two HiP Awards, and one Metropolis Likes award. Kellie Ballew , Shaw's Chief Sustainability & Innovation Officer, also received the HiP Manufacturer For Greater Good Award for her significant contributions to societal and environmental well-being. We are so proud of our associates' passion for designing leading solutions within the industry!

We had an incredible time with 140 talented middle school students, all passionate about STEM and the boundless opportunities in advanced manufacturing. Together, we’re nurturing the next generation of innovators and paving the way for extraordinary careers. 🌟🎉 Shaw proudly celebrates #Juneteenth, a significant milestone in American history marking the end of slavery and honoring the resilience, strength, and contributions of Black communities. This month, BLACK, our associate resource group for Black associates and their allies, participated in various Juneteenth events, including parades, galas, and more. These events allowed associates to engage with their communities and embrace the spirit of unity and empowerment. Congratulations to our associates who recently graduated in the first Bartow County class of the Shaw Ignite Apprenticeship program in coordination with Chattahoochee Technical College. Our graduates are now ready to fill vital technical roles. Ignite gives Shaw associates the opportunity to advance their education and careers while working and earning a paycheck, all at no personal cost.
