🚨 Exciting News! 🚨 The Chicago City Council has passed a historic Northwest Side Housing Preservation Ordinance, promoting housing affordability and helping prevent displacement in Avondale, Hermosa, Humboldt Park, Logan Square, and West Town! 🏡✨ The funds generated by this ordinance will support the Chicago Housing Trust to construct, rehabilitate, and preserve affordable housing in our neighborhoods. A huge thank you to Alderman Carlos Ramirez-Rosa (Ward 35) for sponsoring the ordinance and for creating the images we are sharing in our post.
