Last week, the entire CDG team came together for our bi-annual All Hands Gathering at Protective Stadium in Birmingham, Alabama. We celebrated our shared successes, recognized outstanding achievements, and enjoyed a day of great conversations, awards, and friendly competition. It was a great day coming together as one team!

CDG was honored to sponsor the National Association of State Park Directors (NASPD) Conference at Gulf State Park. This event brings together leaders and professionals from state park systems across the United States to exchange ideas and discuss issues related to the management, preservation, and enhancements of state parks. CDG Project Manager Jared Lowe presented the firm's recent design and renovation work at Oak Mountain State Park in Pelham, Alabama. Oak Mountain State Park has upgraded camping facilities, fully renovated campsites, new recreational amenities and additional improvements to the park infrastructure. CDG has been privileged to work closely with the Alabama Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, providing design services to several state parks across the state, with a focus on sustainable improvements that enhance visitor's experiences while preserving the parks' natural integrity.
