This week Shanth Ananthuni participated in the Federal Housing Finance Agency Generative AI Tech Sprint in Washington D.C. Judges evaluated various presentations looking for innovative and responsible use of GenAI to address a significant challenge in the housing finance system, providing clear benefits for consumers and/or market participants that current technologies do not adequately address. Shanth's team, AI-STRONAUTS, won the category of “Assessment of Credit Worthiness” competition. The use case was “proactive early intervention on servicing,” where Shanth’s team focused on alternative data, linked bank accounts, and analytics from homeowner interactions to offer more options to preserve homeownership. Kudos to Shanth for his team’s accomplishment, and for representing Cenlar so well in front of the FHFA, the Federal National Mortgage Association , Freddie Mac, and other industry leaders! #fhfatechsprint #CenlarIsSubservicing #cenlar#cenlarfsb
