Last week, Meade County Schools hosted their first Community Safety Fair sponsored by CENTEGIX. Families and community members were invited to learn about Meade County’s new school safety technology, #CrisisAlert. Attendees also participated in safety activities with local first responders. Before the big cross-state football game, Superintendent Mark Martin honored Meade Community Heroes Ava Hernandez (Student), Chief Brian Haag (Brandenburg Police Department), Deputy Scott Singleton (Meade County Sheriff's Department), and Karen Cottrell (Community Member) as champions for community safety.
