This 110+-year-old building, once a fabricated and prefabricated steel processing plant, is being reborn on the vibrant Rotary Trail in Birmingham, AL. As the next phase of construction commences to complete specific spaces, The Hardwick will welcome new tenants, including Ballard Designs, two ground-floor restaurants—Epice, a Lebanese concept out of Nashville, TN, and Lapeer Steakhouse & Seafood by Maven Restaurant Group from Alpharetta—along with three floors of modern office spaces. This blend of office, retail, and dining options will bring new energy and opportunities to this iconic structure and its surrounding community.
