Intelligent Solutions for Tomorrow's Utilities

About us

Central Service Association has a strong heritage that is rooted in serving utility systems. In fact, we were founded by five utilities in 1938 when they needed a third-party provider to manage their billing and payment processes. Since then, CSA has grown and evolved, but our focus is still solely on providing dependable and innovative solutions to utility systems. We offer a comprehensive range of information systems to assist in all areas of utility operations and management. Our comprehensive enterprise solution is designed to help your utility system run efficiently and effectively, focusing on four key areas: Business Operations, Customer Management, Engineering and Operations, and Financial Management. Because CSA is fully involved with the utility industry, we understand that your needs go beyond technology. That is why we also offer professional and consulting services, employee benefit plans, employee insurance options, networking, internet services, hardware and software sales, training through CSA Academy and much more.

  • We're all tempted to skip over that long list of privacy policies when we create new accounts on organizational website-- but we shouldn't. Here's why. That privacy policy you really want to skip outlines all of the ways that organization can access and use the personal info you're putting on your account. Before you accept the terms, you need to ask yourself a few questions. 1. Who can access this information? The organization may just use your info to improve their services, or they may plan to share it with third parties. If third parties are listed, research them and find out why they want your info and what they plan to do with it. 2. What information are they collecting? The organization may want your personal info, such as purchase history or internet activity. Be suspicious when they want info that isn't necessary to operate. For example, don't give them permission to track location if they don't need your location for a specific task. 3. How will they collect the information? You need to know when the organization will collect your info and how to change your privacy settings in the future. They may want to collect your information any time you access their website so that they can remember your device in the future. If you decide you no longer want to share specific information with them later, you will want to change your privacy settings.
