Unfortunately, we've been victims of spoofing. Someone has purchased a lookalike domain and somehow reached out to "applicants" and held "interviews" posing as us. To clarify, if you apply to work with our team then our team will reach out to you from a @centricsquared.com email address. We will not ask you to "join a discord community" or for "payment" or anything else shady during the recruitment process. Please be ever vigilant out there small businesses and freelancers. This is scary to think about and it's a good reminder that we're all targetable in this online world we live and work in. We are reporting this incident through the appropriate channels and would like to ask anyone who has more information or examples to please reach out and let us know ASAP it will help us escalate and get this nonsense shut down. We will pin this post where possible in hopes that actual applicants can easily find this scam alert moving forward.
