Today, the Salt Lake Latino Employee Network, in partnership with R.E.D, had the honor of welcoming Centro Hispano for a special event at Morgan Stanley. Together, we assembled kits to support immigrants as they begin their journey in the United States, making their transition a bit smoother. Thanks to the incredible energy and dedication of our volunteers, we successfully put together 200 kits! It was truly inspiring to witness so many individuals come together in service. We are grateful to have shared in this meaningful celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month. Special thanks to Joe Fire for all of his hard work throughout the whole process.

🌟 A few of us from Centro Hispano had a fantastic time learning about Saprea's new services for the Spanish-speaking community! 🌟 We are happy to share that Saprea, one of our valued community partners, is offering a free healing webinar for adult female survivors of sexual abuse in both English and Spanish. This is a great opportunity for our community to access support and healing resources in their preferred language. ✨ You can learn more and sign up for the webinar here: https://lnkd.in/gPRPpiZm #CentroHispanoUC #Saprea

🌟 We're excited to share that one of our amazing health educators, Ashley Peterson, attended the CADCA conference on drug use prevention in Chicago, Illinois this year! Continually learning and improving to better serve the community is important to us. Ashley's dedication to expanding her knowledge and skills helps us make a greater impact every day.
This week I had the amazing opportunity to attend the CADCA Mid Year conference! I was able to take classes in both English and Spanish on pressing issues in the drug prevention space. I was inspired by the many people I met and was taught by. They all have incredible experience and ideas to protect youth from the dangers of tobacco, opioids, alcohol, and more. It was truly a wonderful experience and I look forward to implementing what I learned! #CADCAMidYear
