Had a great time last night at Cerveceria La Tropical in Wynwood to commence Homecoming Week at St. Thomas University! It was an honor meeting Mr. Manny P., CEO of La Tropical, and hearing the incredible story behind the creation and founding of this vibrant company. I also had the pleasure of connecting with some of our fantastic STU alumni, Gagan Bajaj, M.B.A., and Gustavo Guerra, MBA. Loved learning about Mr. Bajaj's experience with Deloitte, and Gustavo’s progress on his doctoral dissertation (I can’t wait to read it when it’s published!). Excited for all the upcoming Homecoming activities and looking forward to welcoming back our Alumni, Friends, and STUwards!
