For those not in attendance, the project was unanimously approved after 6 hours of testimony! This was truly a team effort! A huge shoutout to the Colliers Engineering & Design engineering team (Jeffrey Allen, LLA, RLA, Richard Procanik, and John Pinto, EIT) for working tirelessly over the past few months to give me what I needed to push this thing through. We are pleased to announce that Cervenka Development Partners has received its Site Plan Approval from the Planning Board of Pepperell, Massachusetts. We now have full approval for the construction of two Class A, 36′ clear warehouse and distribution facilities: 253,750 SF and 201,000 SF. Sasha Bigda Cervenka and I are extremely excited about this unique development opportunity. The project will offer our tenants a deep discount to the rents available on the north side of Boston.
