We’re proud to announce the launch of a new edition of the CFA Institute Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Code, this time in Singapore—the first release in Asia! “We are incredibly grateful for the strong support from the investment profession in Singapore for their leadership in developing the DEI Code for Singapore. Diverse perspectives lead to better outcomes for investors and more innovative and engaged work environments”, Margaret Franklin, CFA, President and CEO of CFA Institute. In collaboration with CFA Society Singapore and a working group comprised of recognized Singapore business and DEI leaders, this edition has officially launched. We’re excited to witness the positive changes it will inspire.
CFA Society Singapore is proud to announce the launch of the Singapore edition of the CFA Institute Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Code. The Singapore initiative is the first in Asia. The aim for this transformative code is to provide a structured yet harmonised framework supporting employers, executive leaders, investment professionals, DEI specialists, and HR professionals in crafting impactful and measurable strategies to enable better people management in the financial services sector. This evening, the DEI Code will be presented at our launch event at the office premises of GIC, where various Singapore-based organisations will be signing up to the voluntary code. We encourage financial institutions to adopt this voluntary code for the benefit of the industry and broader society.
