October 14-18, 2024 is Construction Inclusion Week! With Suicide Prevention Month coming to a close, we'd like to end with some final notes and resources. We know that a conversation about depression, stress, or suicide might be one of the toughest to initiate - but sometimes it’s necessary to do hard things to help people we care about. Normalizing mental health care and asking for help is the first step in raising awareness and preventing suicides. Workplaces and individuals can help suicide prevention by encouraging supportive relationships and responding to those who may be in need.
