Charleston Commercial is pleased to have played a role in bringing the Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts to Charleston.
Last month's closing for these parcels rounds out an assemblage process that Charleston Commercial embarked on over 4 years ago on behalf of an investor / developer. In total, it took $72M and five separate parcels, each with its own unique set of obstacles and hurdles, to ultimately create one of Charleston's most preeminent development sites.
