The award will be used to support construction currently taking place at our Mt. Vernon Center to create new exam rooms and on-board new providers to better serve our patients! As a 501(c)(3) non-profit, Joint Commission accredited, Federally Qualified Health Center, we provide a range of clinical services from pediatrics and adult medical care to behavioral health services and dental, among others, and welcome more than 40,000 patients annually. Due to impending winter weather, all Chase Brexton centers will open at 10:30 a.m. tomorrow, Thursday, February 6. Patients with on-site Medical appointments prior to 10:30 a.m. will be rescheduled. Patients with telehealth Medical appointments will be seen beginning at 8:20 a.m. as scheduled. All Behavioral Health appointments will be converted to telehealth.

If you have an appointment or are coming for a walk-in service on the 3rd floor, you’ll need to check-in at our temporary registration area on the 1st floor. ASTRx patients do not need to check-in on the 1st floor. Not sure what floor your appointment is on? HPV Self-Swab is a new approach to screen for the virus that causes cervical cancer.... it is a safe, easy, and comfortable alternative to a pap smear.
