[Case Study] How Blank Used Fragment to Improve Conversion Rate by 30% Back in April 2023, Charles-Henri Alloncle and Simon Parisot trusted us with a pilot, even though we hadn't started building the product yet. They became our first customer and design partner, which helped us get accepted into YC for the S23 batch. Blank is a bank account for small businesses and independent workers. One of their main challenges is converting new users, from initial sign-up to account creation. The most significant lever to improve that conversion rate is to respond quickly to new customers, so they don't abandon the process or choose a competitor. Set targets, measure them precisely, and display them transparently to analysts. - Cutting the response time in half resulted in a 30% relative lift to the conversion rate, which was even higher than expected. - Reduce idle time by having a centralized dispatch of all tasks to all analysts.
