New renderings revealed for Third Millennium, a 28-story mixed-use office high rise designed by Goettsch Partners and Michael Hsu Architecture.✨ The tower is located at 590 W Madison Street in West Loop Gate. The building is split up by a spiral of inset terraces, creating additional outdoor spaces for tenants. It's expected to have 605,000 square feet of office space, 50,000 quare feet of amenity space and 10,000 square feet of retail space.

1325 West Fulton Street receives approval from the Chicago Planning Commission. ✅ The multi-phase project comprises three brick high-rises linked at the podium level and separated by public pocket parks. All phases of the development are being designed by KPF and ParkFowler Plus. The first tower will house 80 residential units, a 95-vehicle parking garage, and a suite of luxury amenities including a pool and dog run. The walkable neighborhood is a key consideration in the design, including features such as discreet parking infrastructure and pedestrian-accessible green plazas.

The Riverline residential development is underway with 1010 South Wells being the first to be developed for the multi-structure plan. ✅ Designed by Gensler and developed by CMK Properties, 1010 South Wells will become a 21-story building located along the South Branch of the Chicago River. The new structure will add 2,900 square feet of retail space, 182 parking spaces and 386 apartments.

I couldn't believe that I was going to have so much fun at this event. It's different! To understand why they call this trade show a 'festival', I went in and talked to a whole bunch of awesome panelists, speakers and exhibitors; and got a ton of great shots with my partner in crime Nick Blaising.
